Are there any movies that are based on the time during the 70's and 80's? Like Fast Times At Ridgemont High, Dazed and Confused, and Detroit Rock City?

Yeah, Lol. Sorry, I know Fast Times WAS an 80's movie. It's from '82 i think. I just thought it would help give the idea of the type of movies I wanted. Sorry about that.

There are tons of movies that are based in certain time eras.

"Almost Famous" is set in the 70s.
"The Wedding Singer" is set in the 80s.
"Hairspray" is set in the 60s.
"O Brother Where Art Thou" is set in the 30s.
"This is Spinal Tap" is set in the 80s.

Etc. Etc. Etc.

Are you looking for comedy, drama, action, sci-fi, or what?

You might want to check out the Stoned Age. Its sort of like Dazed and Confused only not as good. Others are Almost Famous (which is really good), Up In Smoke and maybe like Fubar or Spinal Tap.
