Check the blower motor fuse. If ok, it may be the blower speed resistor pack has burned out.

You might have vacuum problems. Most cars nowadays use vacuum lines to control the controls. If the lines break, you lose your dash controls. I'm more up on GM on this than anything. If you have a GM car, look under the hood on the right / passenger side, for very small, hard lines, they look almost like wire, but they go to the A/C unit, some connections on the motor, etc. If these lines have hardened, they can crack and break open, loss of vacuum, and voila, no A/C controls inside. So if your fan is working, but not coming thru the vents, check these small but NECESSARY hard vac lines under the hood for breakage. Just follow them all over the place, see if they're broken or cracked.

I had tht same problem last summer. When Itook it to the car dealership they said that there was some part inside of the ac vent that had fallen out. You could be having the same problem. I suggest that you have your car looked at to be sure. That way you cant go wrong. Good Luck

The blower motor didn't come on? either a fuse, resistor pack, or a bad motor. Just make sure all the connections are hooked up. good luck.

With what you provided and the above questions answered, I can give you a very intelligent sounding guess. Your question is too general and has no details specific enough to help.
