My last period was on July 16, 2007. I had intercourse with one partner on July 26 & 27. I then had intercourse with another partner on July 31, 2007 and August 1, 2007.

The first partner ejaculated in me both times we had sex. The second partner did not ejaculate NEITHER time (used pull out method). I took a pregnancy test during the week on August 6, it was negative. I took two pregnancy tests of August 14, 2007, they were both positive.

My cycle is usually 28 days; therefore, making my ovulation date approx on July 30, 2007. Based on the details of this circumstance, is it more likely that my first partner of this father of this child or would it be the second partner.

I have been doing lots of reasearch on the internet and have called a few health lines and I have got some conflicting info.

I know the only confirmation will be to take a DNA test, but until then some other view points are welcome. I would appreciate informative feedback and not criticism.

Thanks!

If you don't regularly track your cycles there's no way to tell when you ovulated, and consequently, when you conceived.

My cycles are also very regular, but every once in a blue moon I will be early or late. One time I got pregnant on Cycle Day 9 instead of the "normal" Cycle Day 14 or 15.

So what I'm saying is there's a good chance you did NOT ovulate on July 30th. It could just as well have been July 26th or August 1st.

So there's really no way for you to tell who the father is, unless you get the amniocentesis procedure done, and it's invasive, risky and costs a lot. I'd do a blood test after the baby is born.

I would say your first partner would be more likely to be the father since he ejaculated in you and the second partner did not. Furthermore, as regular as a cycle may be, there are many factors influencing it, including frequent intercourse. Orgasm can trigger a woman to ovulate before or after time.

I think you are just going to have to wait this out and see. The sperm can live for 2-3 days inside ur body. And the pull out method is not the way to go, the precum is more potent than the actual *** itself. It seems to me that ur have ur dates pinpointed. I dont know which way to make you lean as far as the father goes, cause the dates are pretty close. Congrats and sorry I could not help out more, but at this point there is nothing that can be done.

You're not going to know which partner was the father of your baby until you have the paternity tests. It takes a certain amount of time for a sperm to travel to an ovum, and a certain amount of sperm are released prior to ejaculation. You just don't know who your baby's daddy is at this point. You do, however, know who your baby's mother is, so be the best mother you possibly can be. And good luck.

Sperm lives in a woman for up to 7 days. My guess is the first guy since if the 2nd guy got you pregnant it wouldnt show up on the pregnancy test 2 weeks later.

Sweeping declarations like "existence starts at thought" isn't a ok-theory out place. era. this is sort of like whilst Dan Quayle's spouse ruined arguably the only right answer that guy ever presented to any interview question whilst she mentioned, nastily, "our daughter will shop the newborn". Morally, i think of as quickly as you get previous the preliminary levels, then it starts to count. At what actual, suitable ingredient, i do no longer understand - i'm no longer a scientist. it incredibly is a kin count. i'm no longer against invitro clinics because of fact's the preliminary levels. this is placed up-attachment and whilst growth incredibly starts that i might care. people who're by contrast additionally tried to sell my lady buddy on the belief as quickly as that the morning after pill became "an abortion". sigh

Go to your doctor and when they figure out your due date you will get a better idea of when you conceived. I was able to figure it out. I think you can too. All you need to know it the date of your last period.

You already know the answer. You need the baby's DNA to determine who the father is.

Time to call Maury...
