There has always been a division between "aristocrate" and "working class" the latter having been designated to menial task partly by a higher ethical standard (although there are those of integrity who just happened to be better with money). Even power, is not necessarily a result of someones selfish design, if pursued and taken by the needs of others, becoming an actual sacrifice, at least before corruptive influences involve to de-evolve. Capitalism can thrive and prosperity can be enjoyed, in a vibrant community of trusting relationships, without the greed usery levels of exploitations, if profit sharing concepts are implemented and "all inclusive" ethical standards are met by human resource personell. The subsequent byproduct within the structure of any given area/city shapes a perpetually adjusting "culture" according to its own social dynamic integrity. Humans all having the same biological conditions as respect to comfort (I'm cold, hot, thirsty, tired etc..) generally are motivated toward the same pathways, the only difference being the level their own personal financial conditions are applied. Culture to me discribes the overall snapshot of a designated areas human interactions, including the percentage of need for "distractions" over individual feelings of alienation, and/or misunderstood resentments....some of which are self doubt fabrications based upon their own fear of inadequacy. This is why prosperities "chance to happen" gets suffocated withing suspicious dubious environments of endless litigation. When an overall culture of such designated areas are allowed to flow with a compassionate empathic all inclusive involvement, the perpetual result of high sincerity will be a culture of a higher standard of contentment within.

It is not one thing. Where I live on a council estate there is neighbourliness, friendship and courtesy. My neigbours are a builder, a nurse, a historian, a mother bringing up an autistic daughter, a bi-polar mother and a lone father.
I do not think socialists are particularly qualified to answer, the ones I know pay lip service to the idea of the working class but would turn up their nose if they were introduced to a worker. Workerists who abhore the working class but use the idea of worker power to get themselves into politics. Muppets It is the middle classes who have a one-dimensional culture, the only conversations they have are to do with money, status and power. Read the Daily Mail lately?

I come from a solidly working class background and I am now told that I am middle class. Looking and hearing my middle class friends many of whom are from middle class families it is noticeable that they have the same wishes, wants, needs and values that my working class uncles and aunts had. So I do not know what the working class culture so loved or alluded to by The Guardian newspaper is. Given the patronising tone of that newspaper it seems to be any bad loutish pig ignorant or criminal behaviour is said to be working class culture. A load of nonsense of course. Thankfully only the chattering classes read it Local Council Social Workers etc.

They're on a very tight financial situation. They dont really have spare money spend on thing they would like such as clothes they WANT to buy, eat out at restaurants, and any other EXTRAS. They work, get their salary, and spend it on paying for their rents, groceries for 3 meals a day foods, and bills. It's a sad life.

It's what working people do. It involves the same things that everyone else does. Drinking, sex, getting married, not paying bills, bouncing the rent check, buying a first house.
It is literally anything that working people do.
