go to start, turn off computer, then restart

Rebooting simply means to restart your computer. I'm sure you've "restarted" your computer before. Start>Turn Off Computer>Restart. You have now successfully "rebooted" you computer.

First click your start button (depending on if it is a PC), then click where it says Turn Off Computer.
When you click this you will get a pop up menu asking you to sleep, shut down, reboot.
Click the reboot button and the computer will do the rest.
