im on a $30 budget, i like simple flats that dont have so much stuff on them

At WalMart I got some for 7 bucks and they are soooo cute! And ya know what? At American Eagle I saw the exact same ones for 30 bucks (but they had no bow but who cares?)!!! They have polka dots and there supercute!!!

oh my gosh i have a bazillion flats. my favorite, and they match everything, are from payless, but they are the american eagle brand. they look like flat mary janes, and they are black and shiny and super cute!! i also got some on sale that are red with a bow from journeys. they were only 15 bucks.

-wet seal has very cute ones! and most of them are $16.50.
-old navy is good too. i went there yesterday and they were having a 50% off sale and i got some for $8.25
-other good places are target, payless, jcpenney, and pretty much any store.

thats where i get all of my flats from!!
and my best fren gets hers from payless(cheaper than american eagle, and they have all types of brands there)..........
