I haven't exactly had this hereditary thing turn into a problem, but I will definetly have to work hard all my life to keep it that way. Every woman on my mom's side of the family is morbidly obese...im talking 200-300lbs. Mostly due to thiroids (or whatever) so Im 20 years old and since I was 15 I've had to watch what I eat to maintain a healthy weight of 115lbs.

Though I was born in the 30s many people think I'm in my late forties or early 50s. If I can match both sides I should be good until my late 80s. One kind of a Grin thing is, I get carded when I ask for a senior citizen discount.

Hypertension. I have always had low blood pressure until last year. Then, it spiked on up there! After a visit to my endocrinologist, he saw that my heart rate was not in sink with my blood pressure and that it had raised by over thirty points, in six months!
So, I am now on Lipitor and am back to my normal range 108/67.

I oftentimes stay removed from this area because of fact human beings in it are so nasty. i ought to care much less approximately organic breeds, mutts etc. The dressmaker canines are stressful nevertheless because of fact the breeder is getting lots money for mutts, whilst there are maximum of great canines accessible who choose solid properties (i might understand on account that my mom has been the canines administration officer my total existence). I do fairly choose mutts because of fact they're extra value-effective, and that i in trouble-free terms choose canines to coach, play with, hike, camp etc. i certainly do no longer care approximately showing or papers or seems. I wish the canines worldwide ought to in trouble-free terms be approximately companionship, and having a kin canines, and not all this showing off approximately organic breeds or cost. we've generally had mutts (some discovered stray via DCO artwork, maximum from the preserve), and now for the 1st time one purebred. he's a German shepherd (we've been given him from a German Shepherd rescue the place he might have had to be placed down in any different case). From what i've got seen our mutts have been only as solid because of fact the purebred German shepherd and vise versa. well being sensible and character. I do wish each physique ought to in trouble-free terms have canines to strengthen the kin, and no different reason. yet i understand that may not in any respect exchange.

I've got both my parents' Irish-English fair skin, so like them, I've had a number of skin cancers already. The high cholesterol comes from them also, and the arthritis is from my mother. On the plus side, my father is 90 and doing great, so hopefully I'll have his longevity!!

Well, my mom had migraines, and I have migraines too. Hers went away when she had a baby (me). She also had anemia and I am developing it. My dad is overweight (not obese) because he has an awful metabolism and no matter how much he works out, he never loses weight. I am the same way. It sucks.
