I'm a freshmen that just started college. Should I go to a party or go to this college "bash" for freshmen...??

The bash is at 10, no idea when the party is

Usually school sponsored parties for freshmen are lame. Trust me---been there. Unless you have already met some people and they are all going to the "bash" I would suggest going to the party.
I went to this "block party" they had for us freshman year and it involved punch and a bunch of awkward freshmen walking around not knowing what to do. Most of them end up that way.

Do not go to the "bash". If you want to get keyed, then head to a party. Never go to something specifically for freshmen, unless it's academic-related.

Can't you do some of both? Usually the official parties start earlier than the unofficial ones, so you could go to the "bash" first, then move on to the party.
