It will need to be ordered from a chemical supply house and will be controlled to some extent. Unless you are a company or school, they will probably not sell it to you.

Try calling a pharmacy. Caffeine powder is a pure white substance and I think it may be a controlled substance because I know that it can be an abused (injected) substance.
What are you doing? Making mice watch TV all night?

Normally drugs powder wont sell through website.I not sure where can find caffeine powder, but if you want to get it, please make sure you had declared to government or you will be caught with owning illegal drugs powder. If you want to find caffeine powder, you may go Thailand, there probably has suppliers, but you will pay the prices for doing illegal deals.
