yes... that's my only weapon when confronting... i hate voilent and tense confrontation...!
i believe in what Abraham Licoln said: "i defeat my enemies by making them my friends"... and i have many experiences to back me up... the latest, having turned a co-worker into a friend just by keeping nice and kind to him despite being able to harm him... he finally saw that and we're now friends..!
