someone i know is 14 months pregnant and when she goes in to labour she has a shot of speed and it stops the labour. i know that the baby would be dead but what will happen if she keeps doing this?

You can't be 14 months pregnant.

And you don't go into labor multiple times.

And you can't take speed if you're in a hospital giving birth. They have rules, you know.

14 months NO WAY. At 2 weeks over due the docs start talking induction.
Speed to stop labor, I don't think so.

that is impossible to be 14 months pregnant they will do a c section if you are more then a couple weeks over due.. because the placenta loses its nutrients and stops working and there would be no space in the tummy

That is impossible. A pregnancy term can only last nine months.
