Livingstone is proposing a Mosque in London for a Bunch of people who are, by his estimation, "lacking in intelligence"
Couldn't the money be better spent on hospitals?
As we all know, £75,000,000 is only a "builders estimate"
Look at the 2012 Olympics!

Did you hear?
On LBC Radio Livingstone said that Muslims are more Law-abiding than Non -Muslims.
Isn't this one of the Seven Deadlly Sins in the PC Book?
STEREO-TYPING and making GENERALISATIONS?
Do you know that Livingstone FUNDS Race relations groups? Then tells them to protest against Boris Johnson on race grounds.

Hey passonknowledge that's a good idea.
Do you think a £75,000,000 Cathedral for the IRA to keep them quiet?
Do you mean that giving Terrorists a £75,000,000 back-hander will save our skins.
KILLING those who preach HATE will be a good start!
Do you mean that we should kiss your ars*s to keep YOU happy? What about the innocent Honkies?

I signed a Downing Street petition against this Mosque being built. The reply I, and all who signed it received, was that it was never an option and that there were no plans, and never had been, to build one. Which probably means they will start building next year as the truth has never been a strong point with Mr Livingstone. As for Muslims becoming disaffected I agree with the Australian prime minister if they don't like our laws and they don't like our religion they are always entitled to leave! We have thousands of years of history and it has cost many lives to have the freedom that Blair and his cohorts have taken from us.

Most probably Ken will obtain the money from his love letters by proxy i.e with his £50 extortion charge for taking the wrong road. You should know that Ken doesn't play by the Queensbury Rules!.

First of all I'm must admit I'm muslim, though I will try and not side with religion.
I believe is a good idea because muslim people believe that society doesn't care for them, which is why you see people blowing up innocent civilians. Extremiest are the people who have diffculty in fitting into this culture and believes this culture doesn't like them. Mr. Livingstone's idea is very good and I think will definetly counter the rise in suicide bombings rather than George Bush (the crack cocaine sniffer aka president of of the wealthiest and most powerful country) idea of attacking innocent countries.

Why is public money being spent on a religious structure.... I thought that the Church of England was the national Religion... anything else can go pound sand... unless, of coarse, one is so fearful of the Islamist that one will do *anything* to appease them.

He is an attention seeking pratt, who should be gagged, bound and hung out to dry. Prefererably in the desert. Before he can open his big mouth again!!
How do people like him get into high offices? It beats me!

Ken's never had the plot, he's always had his own agenda, so I'm not surprised he's wasting money on a minority group. don't we need more hospitals or housing for essential worker in London ?

Well man, if you are going to take over the world, or any small part of it now-a-days, you are going to need a base of operations and a religion to hide behind. Constantine knew his religion was make-believe but he did more to spread it than anyone else.

Livingstone always has done anything for votes. Remember his support for PIRA when they were bombing us? Whilst he is exceedingly cunning and devious, basically he is a political low life.
''passonknowledge" your argument is total nonsense to put it kindly.
