Nice thought. They might start reading again or something. I think people stay on their cell phones to get attention. Like, "Hey, look at me, I actually have friends." I don't get it when they can't cut a conversation short while they are paying a cashier etc. I only use my little red cute cell phone for driving incidents like "Hey, it's me, I'm almost there."

HAHAHAHAHA,
No way!
I think cell phones are hilarious!
When I was a kid normal people
talked on the telephone inside the house.
Now I see people run outside in the rain
and stand there like fools talking on the phone!
I wouldn't miss them at all, in fact one day I
was at the beach and a guy's cell phone rang.
He looked at it a minute, then threw it as far
as he could out in the ocean.
I said ALRIIIIIGHT DUDE!!! Truckee!

Not at all. We have lived well enough without without cell phones before, I believe the world will still go on beautifully.

not to a stop, but i would feel lonely. Too attached to my celly nowadays. And i love text messaging. Sometimes i wish it was like the good ol' days when you would be at home waiting for a call and then it would ring and you wouldn't know who it was because you didn't have caller ID. ok no.
