My wife and I had our first baby 33 years ago (a son) and we both wrote down on separate pieces of paper the names we liked (maximum 6). The only name on both our lists was Benedict. His middle name is Eliot because I was doing a dissertation on T S Eliot at the time. He hates his name, and calls himself Ben. We are about the only ones who use his full name. So be careful! Next baby was a daughter (Hannah Lydia) and she's ok with it. Then came Cameron Dominic Ramsay ... Only thing I hate is when people give their children really daft names. One young couple we know had a daughter and called her Meadow. Someone on this site called her child Disney Erin.

Xander (pronounced Zander, taken from the call Alexander, meaning protector of guy) is a recognition I even have continuously enjoyed, it fairly is diverse. I even have continuously enjoyed the previous Greek chief names with the aid of fact they, in spite of history portray them in a undeniable easy, did do great things and that i continuously enjoyed the hoop to it. i don't hear very many people employing those: Aurelius (it skill golden), Tiberius (not something specific, merely skill from the river tyber) Atticus (which merely skill from Athens, however the stronger character in To Kill a Mockingbird replaced into named Atticus) Amadeus (which skill God's Love)....of direction that's not significant what i like. :) indexed below are another unique names: Alistair Aldrich (or Ulrich) Alcander Androcoles Yorick Victor (not precisely unique yet I even have not hear a baby named as such in a mutually as) Virgil Tavaris Maccoy have relaxing :D

Called my little boy Cain. It's not a very common name but its not strange or silly either.
I also liked the name Blaize when I was pregnant with him.
