Is it safe? Well, if you're not the one using it, if someone else cleans with it, then yes. But the fumes are harmful to everyone. From mild respiratory distress to toxic ingestion, chemical cleansers are harmful to everyone (including the bacteria and viruses that you are actually using them against, that's how they disinfect, after all).
Really, the only household cleaners you should bother with (not all completely "safe" under all circumstances, but they do the job as well as any name brand, and they cost less) are:
bleach (use sparingly diltuted with water as per label instructions for sterilization) ,
baking soda (odor eliminator, fruit and veggy cleaner, carpet freshener, laundry booster),
ammonia (good for cleaning glass or non-streak surfaces), soap and water (washing your hands while singing "happy birthday" twice, this WILL kill as many germs on your hand as anti-bacterial soaps)
Stay clean!

Yes, it's safe to use Lysol as a household cleaner and disinfectant. Just try to not breathe in too many fumes.
In fact, since it helps keep your house clean and kills germs it's great for everyone's general health including yours and the baby's.

Women for decades have been using Lysol and other cleaning products without difficulties.
You'll be fine, just don't over-do it as your body is much more susceptible to inhalants which cause dizziness (meaning lack of oxygen to you and baby).
So use a fan and an open window and clean away!

Just make sure the house is clean, youdon't have to go crazy using all different chemicals while your pregnant. Didn't you ever hear about John Travolta's child who got some rare disease because they used too many chemicals to clean the house. He said in his interview "we didn't think keeping the house clean could actually hurt our child," but it did. No one ever died from a few germs around the house. Your body builds immunities to our environment. Take it easy.

Chemicals are not good for your body to begin with. But if you feel the need to as I did you could very possibly get your self a mask to help control how much you actually breathe in. Hope this helps, congrats, and good luck.

No.
During pregnancy, you should avoid any harmful chemical that could harm your baby.
Try using "green" products. They do the exact same thing as regular house cleaners, just without the smell and easier chemicals. They're more pleasant to use.

You should research the ingredients in your shampoo, soap, and other cremes sometime. Maybe even your FOOD! *GASPS IN SHOCK*
