Dunno where you got your information, but there is no RuneScape 3. And there is no RuneScape 3 being developed, which means there is no beta.
Jagex has been quoted many times saying that they never plan to make a RuneScape 3, that the engine they run right now is what they want.

Runescape 3 is a fake and a hack, if u did go to it, change your password and your pin
Runescape 2 is never gonna get outdated. They are doing graphical updates all the time so if an big overhaul happens there is not gonna a runescape 3

Runescape beta is a scam used to steal peoples user name and passwords. If anyone tells you where to go to play it their scamming you. If you got to the page it looks like runescape but when you input your username & pass you go nowhere & they now have them. Jagex has not released a beta & would have had it posted on their main page if they did. Stunts like this are why so many people get hacked. People aren't actually hacking your computer, their tricking you into GIVING them your information.
