Have you ever heard of the Internet? They have these things called "search engines"...Yahoo is one of them. And there's wikipedia - not always a good source, but a place to start.
Type in "lamprey" or "lampreys" into a search engine and it will give you links that will tell you that it is a jawless fish with a toothed, funnel-like sucking mouth. They live in the sea.

Lampreys are eels, so you would find them in the water. Some species live in the salty oceans, others live in freshwater lakes and rivers.
