I have seen this with two married men I know recently. And they swear they love the women. I see them hurting and placing all the "if" scenarios in play. I think it is truly possible for them to, however I also think that if they are cheating on they wives they will cheat on you too.

yes, he can but he is just wasting time wating on her if he is wanting a commitment so he would be better off going else where where he can get what he needs.
