Hi Sweetie,
I don't know of a way to shrink them, but I'll bet if u had s Dr.'s note stating this as a Health Risk because of r size, back problems, & the thought of them getting bigger, I'm sure u wouldn't need insurance, they'd HAVE to do a Reduction due to medical reasons & bias crulty. Please speak
with r MOM, tell her how u feel, then go to the Dr. & state r Case! This is highly irregular & they should make this an unbias case not just due to r age but also size! If I had to I'd take it to court then if need be the
Supreme Court to have a Reduction. Also letting them know how school is treating u as well. Don't take NO for an Answer, u need the reduction ASAP for r Heath, sports, activity, ect.
Best of Luck Sweetie,
LOL, Diana D

I am a 32F and am only 5 feet tall. When I was a teenager I used to cover my boobs up with baggy clothes, but it made me look bigger. I have eventually learnt to embrace my bustiness. Don't worry about getting them reduced. You can use some tricks, like getting a properly fitted bra because you cant be a 38DD. You might be smaller on the back if you are a size 12! I am a 14 top and a 10 bottom. Bummer when picking a dress though.
Things you have to avoid are horizontal thick stripes, thin are fine. High neck tops in block colour, strappy tops because a thick bra strap is never a good look.
If you can come up with an idea of how to reduce the dents that I have in my shoulders from carrying these boulders around for so many years then that would be good.

My daughters and I can certainly relate to you. First you must learn to love who you are. God creates us all different for a reason. We are not Barbie dolls etc. This is who you are. As far as a breast reduction , you are much too young. Until you are done growing no doctor would consider it. In fact, it is not recommended until after you have children, since your breast will change with each pregnancy. What you can do for now is be measured by a professional. Some department stores provide this service. Most women do not wear the correct size and therefore do not have the right support or flattering look they should. You should always wear a good quality bra and of course in the right size. There are bras that will give you the appearance of being a little bit smaller and of course, never wear horizontal stripes. My 14 year old daughter is a 36DD and she is truly proud of who she is - you should be
too.

You can get your breast reduction covered by insurance.
Talk to a doctor to see what your options are. MOST PS's will NOT operate on anyone under 18 unless your breasts are affecting your daily routines.
Also check out this site: http://www.breasthealthonline.com
I had a reduction Feb 2006 and it was totally worth it.
First off, I had NO PAIN with my surgery, and my scars are 99% gone. Also, I'd rather deal with a little bit of scarring than heavy painful breasts.
Second, losing weight you still might not lose in the breast. If you have more dense breast tissue you will NOT lose in the breast. If you have more fatty tissue you MAY lose in the breast.
How old are you?

I don't understand how your chest size can be a 38 and have a 29-inch waist with 39 inch hips!! I'm calling fake on this one. Anybody with those proportions has to look absolutely freakish.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

just eat healthly and work out of course you won't see the results right away.As long as you are pleased with yourself people will see a differences the was ur presents. Try to find tops that aren't to tight but fit your body type.
Instead of drinking soda and junk with sugar replace it with water and food that are not processed

no. You would have to have the surgery. I suggest you do because you could end up having back problems and severe sagging one day. :( How are you a size 12 with a chest width of 38 tho?
