Auto glass shops are the ones who do this most. Body shops and upholstery shops are experienced as well, but I suggest the auto glass installer,

need proper clips to attach panels to the doors...dealer has those. if you have time you can do it your self.
don't want to do it? try a repair shop...i'd stay away from dealers-way too expensive. can a friend help you install?

body shop, upholstery shop, stereo shop.
the key here is what do you want the panels for? are they damaged? body shop
wanna change color? upholstery shop
add/change speakers? stereo shop

Automotive upholstery shop will do it. Look them up in the phone book.

Try an uphostery shop. I think they can do that kind of work.
