To br honest I wear heals and hose just to be looked at...I like the atention I will admit. I love the fishnets and the hose with paterns.

That's half the reason why we wear heels and hose! Not because it's comfortable, but because it looks good.

I don't notice very well, but lol if I'm wearing shorts or a skirt my friends are constantly pointing out guys staring at my legs :\ lol

Depends... If they think the guy is attractive then they'll probably notice his every move. But if he's unattractive to her...then she'll probably totally oblivious. Which doesn't make it right to stare :).. Why would you want to know this?
