The thing is, I painted the ivy already up top in the room. So, I'm looking for a dainty little flower... Morning Glories may do (I'm not a huge flower person, but I'd like to be authentic)... but I'm using purple or maybe dusty rose (color) in the room.
Any simple flower that looks good with ivy will do!
Thanks!

This site has three photos that might work for you. The columbine, the fairy bells or the lewisia. http://www.aldodson.com/plants_section.htm

Another vining flower that lends itself to stenciling are the clematis. I think the viticellas or the texensis would be the ones to look at first. 'Gravetye Beauty' or 'My Angel'

This site has free flower stencils:

Here's some vine & flower designs:

The Wisteria Stencil would be nice if you're using purple.
The Mini Roses Stencil or morning glory would be simpler.

I remember getting diverse bunches at regular durations whilst my daughter did her first area of her course, and we are there back with my youngest. Ask your Mum to purchase diverse styles of flowers so you might charm to, at weekends, choose for a stroll, draw what you spot. whilst you're fortunate sufficient to have a RHS backyard interior sight, flow and seem, and flow into the greenhouses and draw the extra unique flowers. Drawing flowers from genuine lifestyles can not be substituted with the aid of a internet site. additionally, it is autumn, convey jointly nuts, berries and autumn leaves, draw those, even permit various the leaves rot, so all you're left with is the delicate leaf skeleton, draw that. additionally, a outstanding botany e book supplies diverse drawing.
