i see it on stuck on the back of the window of the cars...its in a banner form sticker and it comes in like 5 colors...it has a police badge and a fireman's hat and it says a 100...
i see it on like alot of cars...has anyone seen it too??

Sounds like it might be one of those sticker you get when you donate money to police and fire...they come in different colors and numbers to show how much you donated.....It supposed you help you when you get pulled over.....
