bourne is great and all but no one trains like batman...well except goku and all the other dbz people but bats is way smarter and could easily set a trap even for jason bourne.

I've seen the first two Bourne films but haven't read any of the books. I give Bourne props, he may last longer than other government trained agents, but in a straight up fight it would be Batman. Bats is considered one of the world's greatest martial artists. He's gone toe to toe with Richard Dragon and the Bronze Tiger and held his own. Remember the prison fight from Batman Begins. After that, Ra's trained him further. I mean two literary figures, it could go either way, but I have to go with Batman.

Before I saw the movies, I'd say Batman in a heartbeat. But Jason Bourne is unreal, like a Slade (Taskmaster). He does before he thinks, and he's the king of adaptability. He's like a robot killer. I'm gonna have to go with Bourne.
Batman is the King, he's got all the toys, we all know that..but who's got more toys than the US Govenment? And Bourne is STILL taking everyone out. Bats never has to deal with THAT, maybe a supervillain or two, but never heat like that. My vote's for Bourne.

Batman. He has traveled the world to study pretty much every form and style of armed and unarmed combat.
And if you factor in Bats incredible intellect, all his kewl gadgets, vast wealth, and his connections to other powerful supers, then Jason (even though he's my fave secret agent) doesn't really stand much of a chance.

That's no contest. Batman by far. His body is trained to human perfection, he has all those gadgets, he's head to toe in body armor, he is trained in all known forms of martial arts, I could go on and on.
