No. Us creeps are out every night.
It only has to be the 13th for Freddy Kueger to come after you.
Here are some things that could still happen:
1)Zombie invasions
2) Werewolves (if its a full moon)
3) vampires
4) alien attack
5) a witch could turn you into a newt.
