I'm going to visit the family who hosted me in their home for an year, 10 years ago. I'd like to give each one of them a nice gift, but they can't be too big, expensive or heavy. It's a lot of people from different ages - from very little kids to very old people. They are:

I had a brother in law that spent 2 years in Brazil. When he returned to the US he brought us home a beautiful hammock and a hammock chair. We have enjoyed them very much. It was a great family gift.

For the younger folks, how about some guarana soda? That's gooooooood (we have a large Brazilian population in the city where I work, and they sell it at the supermarket Mmmmm)

well maybe some people collect sand? from your country? they are small bottles with sand in them that is neat. maybe a shell i don't know too much abut the country i am sorry. there are alot of things from that country that would be nice. small rock, maybe the younger kids a small shirt with Brazil on it (3 kid). Small things like that you maybe give from the heart is what people really like not shirts etc. but something you pick and like. (from your country)

I've not been to brazil, however live in the U.S., and I would like anything simple that indicates its from brazil that you can't normally find in the U.S.

I think they would like something exotic or native to Brazil.
It could be clothing, jewelry, chocolate, food, toys, etc.
