Depends on how it is maintained and driven.If you want it to hold it"s value then keep records of all maintience to the vehicle.

Hard to say, but in 3 years I doubt it. Cars are a bad investment for the most part. If you had bought a 60's muscle car and kept it for 30-40 years then you would have made money. At the time we had no way of knowing what the future held. It's the same thing now.
Buy it to enjoy, not as an investment. If you get lucky, then it will hold its value and even appreciate some. Good luck to you.

And you think Chrysler 300's are any good after 50,000 miles? Hemi cars with MDS and worn suspension problems and standard Dodge rattles? I think a 28,000 dodge at 2010 will be worth in two years 15,000 to 18,000 good luck. A Charger supposed to be high performance car that does not offer a manual trans whats up with that?

If it's built like any other Dodge, I will plummet in value.
They become rattle traps after a few years.

all of the above plus people drive the like crazy raggin on them and such I would not ever buy any car like that second hand to begin with.
