What Is A Pervert?

I am curious to know because when a man looks at a women passing by him some girls will say pervert. Or when he is looking at a Playboy or any other men's magazine, they call him a perv. Isn't that what he is suppose to look at if he is straight. To my knowledge a pervert is someone who looks up females skirt, or looks under bathroom stalls, or peeps through window when a girl is changing, without her knowing or her consent.

We are all perverts in some way,Men and Woman,but when it goes beyond consent,that's Invasion of privacy.

Your perception of what a pervert is, is right on the mark. Men are supposed to look at women, discreetly. That's natural male reaction. But peeking in girls' windows & stuuf like that is a pervert.

Perverts are individuals that violate the rights of others.
not weird people with weird fetishes that we don't understand.

but then again, what do you call a full grown man that like being treated like a baby? or a man that likes to wear ladies underwear? That's pretty pervert by my book, but they don't violate anyone's rights, but their own dignity. so are they perverts too.

a perv is someone who like kids, and like u said looking up skirts,looks under stalls etc. looking at playboy is not a perv
