If a "creature" had animal and human DNA would it be an animal or a person?

Like if carmen electra was 1/10000000 hamster, would she be an animal or a person? She'd look normal, but just'd have that bit of hamster DNA. Would you bring her home to mama? Make a family with her? Make woopie? Knowing that her great great x 10 ? once found joy running in a wheel, would this be okay with you?

The fact that both the human in question and the animal have any DNA at all confirms that a fair amount of it is identical. You can find the same stretch of DNA in plants, people, and fungus. Is it Mr. Fungus or do you want to treat your neighbor like a housecat?
Carmen Electra is at the very least 1/10000000 hamster, or she isn't human.

Hey Bob more than 99% of your DNA is identical to that of chimpanzees. Most of it is identical to that of a dog or cat and a lot is identical to that of the birds flying over. Some of your DNA sequences can be found in wheat and rice. Microorganisms have been geneered to express human proteins, particularly insulin. Are they a bit human?

dude man comes in the animalia kindom. if a humans dna was intercrossed with an animal dna the creature would still be animal. im not sure bout if but its something like this i guess.

It would be a person. We have many genes that are retained and thus identical to other animals.
