Antonio Gates is like a wr points wise. Far and away the best.
Kellen Winslow led all TEs in catches last year. That was his first year starting so he'll probably do even better. Plus he has young qbs. They always look to the TEs.

Gates then all the rest. Vernon Davis in SF has the potential to be a monster, size with WR speed. David Martin in Miami could be the sleeper with there new coach and Trent Green loves the TE remember Gonzo in KC. Thats only 3 but in a fantasy league there are only a couple of points difference between the 2nd rated TE and 10TH.

I believe that Gates is the best quarterback in the game. But the guy I would look at is Vernon Davis. He missed a lot of his rookie season last year with an injury, but toward the end of the season it looked like he was really catching on.
And he'll likely be Alex Smith's top target this year. The 49ers traded for Darrell Jackson, but he still has injury issues and all the rest of their WRs are pretty nondescript.
So Davis will have an opportunity to make a real impact.

I don't know how Greg Olsen's number will compare to the top TE's but if training camp and the first preseason game is any indication Rex will be throwing to him often and Rex liked to throw to the TE's near the goal line last year.

I really like Ben Troupe from the Titans this year. I wouldn't be surprised if he led all TE's in TD's this year.
