what i mean is the episode of mermaid melody episode 37 go up so from the starting of episode 37 and the rest of mermaid melody. can some one sub those episode for me please if you have time i mean

Lunar dropped it because it was licensed. You need to find a group that isn't afraid to continue subbing, and then convince them that this is good enough and their is enough demand for them to pick it up and continue subbing.
Asking on yahoo answers though isn't really the best way of appealling to a fansub group.

You're asking a lot out of people that you don't know. Do you have the raw version of that episode? Do you have the episode translated? Do you have the script written? Do you have the timing codes set for a subtitling program like Virtual Dub Mod? To you have the text aligned for subtitling? Do you have any idea how much time and effort its to make a subtitled anime?
