or is this agianst the law? The product is a lip plumping thing and its not opened I just wont us it ... hmmmm any help

Yes, legally you can do what you want with it. As a gift, in the eyes of a civil court, it can't be taken back, and you do what you want. However, hopefully the gift giver isn't a ebay shopper...lol

Since it was a gift, it cost you nothing. It is something that you wont use, so why dont you just give it to someone else who you know will use it?
Sure you dont get any money out of it, but it didnt cost you in the first place.
And besides, giving feels good and its good karma.

If you received a gift you can do anything you want to with it. You can try to sell it on ebay if you want to.
