ac problems?

im planning on taking my car to the shop to get it fixed but i was wondering if anyone would know why my ac is not working during the day (pressure is great) and you can hear the compressor clutch engage and not disengage inless i turn it off. at night the system works like a dream and will freeze you out thanks

A bad mixture door in the vent system.

Take a hose to the condensor (behind your radiator) just do nor bend the fins or air will not go thru and cool the high pressure.

The condenser fan has probably stopped working.
