Im going to eat wendy's tonight and I dont feel like inhaling 1600 calories and a whole bunch of fat, But im a teenager i like to eat!
What can i get that is good to eat?

They have grilled chicken sandwiches, also baked potatoes, side salads, and their chili is not too bad.
You can check out the website at www.wendys.com and under food pick something and create a meal and it will add up the nutrition info for you.

Something I like to do at Wendy's is to get a "sour cream and chives baked potato" and a small chili (no cheese!) and use the chili as a topping for the baked potato... And also only about half of the sour cream they give you, and none of the butter topping.
Ends up as a fairly filling meal that's reasonably low in fat.
Another good thing to get is the "Turkey and Swiss Frescata" without mayonaise... Or the grilled chicken sandwich without mayo.
Don't count on their salads to be low in fat -- the dressings are usually horrendous, even the ones that claim to be "reduced fat."

Get something grilled, like the chicken sandwiches. Don't get fries; substitute chili. If you get a salad, don't get any kind of creamy dressing- you may as well eat a bathtub of fries. No mayo or cheese. No frosty; get a diet drink or water. I know it doesn't sound fun or indulgent, but if you want to cut back, you gotta suffer a little.
