dont gimme a link to serebii cuz i looked at everything on there for rattata's data and the only thing it said about endeavor was that it learns it at lvl 34. how do people get their lvl one rattata's with endeavor?

I think the easiest way to hatch a rattata with both of these is to get a female and male rattata that both know endeavor and quick attack, if u make sure these two attacks are on the father and mother then the baby will definitely have it

It's probably because it's bred from a Rattata that knows Quick Attack and Endeavor. I'm not sure if any of them are TM's or not. A baby usually gets it's mother's moves and it's father's ability.
