how do i make myself a director on my youtube acount?

click this link http://www.youtube.com/my_profile

then at the bottem of that list there should be somthing that says "change channel type" in blue letters, click that.

then select director and then click update channel

go to youtube.com
check your member acct. the Change can be made from there.
