What's the best way to get it off? Its everywhere! On the cloth material seats, on the dash. Please help!

You could remove the bulk of it with paint thinner and/or remover, but I don't think you'll be able to remove it all. be very careful with either thinner or remover as they're both very volatile products, with noxious, if not harmful fumes and they are both very flammable. You're probably going to have to have the interior recovered, including the dash panels, which is NOT going to be inexpensive.

I hope you've reported the incident to the police and your insurance company; it sounds like you have an enemy .... Good luck!

By the way, make sure you lock the car and keep the windows closed in the future!

If you have insurance then file a claim. You should also file a police report. The police could lift prints off the paint can match them with the person who did it. You may have an idea who did it. You'll have to replace most of the items.
