Vanilla or maple yogurt.Take 8 to sixteen ounces of plain yogurt with one to two teaspoons of flavoring extract plus 3 to 5 packets of sweetening agent(splenda, equal, fasweet etc.).The maple is especially good or you could use any flavor you want like strawberry or coconut. The vanilla or maple require the least extract for the flavor achieved. If you like mix with frozen berries, bananas or melon and sprinkle with cinnamon or curry powder.

Fresh strawberries, rinsed and chilled, lightly sprinkled with sugar.
If you want to pull out all the stops, slice them and sprinkle with sugar, then chill. Once the berries are chilled, use them to top vanilla ice cream.
Simplest thing in the world, and sooooo good :-))
