If you're on Cloud 9 you don't have to wait; you're there. There's no Cloud 10. This is another one of those questions that looks like it's in code. Weird.

The following is a poem I wrote about Cloud 9:
CLOUD NINE
AS I LOOK OUT MY BEDROOM WINDOW
I SEE THE WHITE CLOUDS IN THE SKY.
SOMETIMES I SEE IMAGES
MADE BY THE CLOUDS PASSING BY...
COTTON BALLS, SHEEP, DRAGONFLIES,
AND MOUNTAINTOPS,
CATS AND DOGS AND PEOPLE'S FACES...
THEN ONE DAY, WHILE ON A BUS
I LOOKED OUT THE WINDOW AND SAW JESUS
UP IN THE CLOUDS...
HE WAS LOOKING AFTER OUR DECEASED SON
YET OUR SON WAS VERY MUCH ALIVE

With any luck they skip right over it or you simply don't even hear them call it. The wait isn't concerning you in the least. You are enveloped in stimulating thought and couldn't be at greater ease.
