I am a social worker in SA. I work in a rehabilitation center, so I see this behavior a lot. When we talk about heroin addiction you must know that these people will go the any extent to get their fix. So to start with your parents is not safe. If they are out of money and the brothers need some for heroin they will get violent. Your parents are suppose to live in peace on their old age. Ever considered a old age home where people can take care of them that actually know what they are doing and also supplying medical help if they need it. You can apply for a home near where you life. Help your parents, the brothers are abusing them just like the heroin.
