Without addressing the first three signs let me say that
number 4 is one of the warning signs of diabetes and I would suggest you have your blood sugar levels checked by your doctor.

yes, and i am a vampire. lets meet up some time. *rolls eyes*
lets take this one by one, shall we?
1. you see flashes of dead bodies. you could, don't laugh, be psycic, or be remembering something off tv, a book you read. a psycic is more likely than a werewolf.
2. you hear a voice inside you that guides you around. it may be your consience. you know, that little high pitched squeaky voice inside you? that or a TomTom. GO SEE A DOCTOR FOR THIS ONE.
3. You get along with dogs. So? You're an animal person. Get over it. Quite a few of my friends go better off with their dogs. It doesn't mean they're werewolves.
4. Thirst of a werewolf? WHATEVER. You're thirsty. There is a medical condidtion that dries out the area of your mouth/throat where saliva is produced. Or you just don't drink enough.
Finally, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR A PERSON TO SHAPESHIFT INTO A WEREWOLF. OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR THAT MATTER.
tell your friend to see a doctor, or i'll come visit her in the night and bite her neck, then she'll have something to worry about.

First off there is no such thing as "the thirst of a werewolf" second only in very rare cases will a dog remain near a were of any sort. the voices may be a spirit guide or may be something else going on.

When I was a little kid someone told me I was a werewolf because my second toe was the same length as my big toe, well I haven't turned into one yet. At least not to my knowledge.

Dont get obsessed in something like that. The more you think about it... The worst it gets... Maybe its just that one thing leads to another...Could you have been ever watched a movie, and associated the person wirth you? Believe me, every small detail counts in something like this.
I think its just an obsession. I woudn't recommend a physiatrist... I think it makes matters worse!! Just stop focusing on stuff like what your friend told you... And next time play with it!!

Well, since werewolves do not exist, the legend came about due to a rare disease that causes excessive hair growth, I doubt it.

If you believe in werewolves...they are said to stay werewolves after transformation and won't revert to human form so I don't think so. >.>
