Does it only take one 41ct stamp to mail a letter?

Depends on the weight. The first ounce is 41cents. Each additional ounce after that is 26 cents. So if you have a letter that ways one ounce then all it needs is a 41 cent stamp, but if it ways 2 ounces then you need one 41cent stamp and one 26cent stamp and so on, and so on......

depends on the weight -- but the standard letter of a few pages will only cost you 41 Cents

if its only a standard letter, not more than 6 pages ,yes

If it's standard size and an ounce or less, then yes one stamp will do it. If it's oversized or heavier than an ounce, then you will need more postage.
