Liam himself announced it!
Chris........sort the family out, sod keeping the house clean, they must get their priorities right!!!!!!!!!!

It was anounced a few weeks ago, when Charley was still in!
When they were doing the TV week task and were reading the news they had to announce it to the other housemates!
