I am writing a book and need:

Who were some female traitors that used a signal to point out the organization they were helping to bring down...

I tried to come up with a female name out of Judah, the disciple who betrayed Jesus with a kiss, but I can only come up with Judae, any help is greatly appreciated.

If it helps this is her character: She betrays her significant other, who revolts against society/rules.

So if you could in your answer, please provide the name, and if a male name, some female names that can come from it, AND what they did that betrayed the organization...Such as Judah's kiss to Jesus in the Bible.

Thanks!

The most famous female traitor of the 20th century was Mata Hari.

She was an internationally famous exotic dancer/courtesan who worked as a double agent for both the French and Germans in WWI.

Legend states that "she sent ten thousand soldiers to their deaths with a single kiss"

For your character's name you could be creative and name her Margaret Zelle, the anglicized version of Mata Hari's birth name.

Hope this helps you,

Peace.

Axis Annie, Tokyo Rose, Jane Fonda.

Edit - for your book, re: Axis Annie - My Dad's Bomber Group had big, red tail markings on their ships. They arrived at their base two days before Christmas '43. That very day Axis Annie said over the radio (paraphrasing): "You poor boys in the planes with the red tails - you'll be dead by Christmas." Scared the **** out of a bunch of kids from Buffalo.
