Who was the girl that keitaro promised (love hina)?

sorry but could someone tell who the hell was the girl that keitaro promised to go to tokyo university?
naru, matsumi?

It was proven in the manga that it was Naru. The anime doesn't explicitly show this part but in the manga, it was shown that it was her. They eventually enter Tokyo U. [Keitaro became and Archaeologist due to luck] the got into a very extended engament and finally got married in the end.
