Note that:

Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

well good question i knew some one who had it and how they did is pretty amazing they feed him alot of fruits so he wont have diarrhea and thy would make him where this big diaper wich has a bowl like thing at the bottom and he will poop

I don't know, but that guy on the preperation H adds that's on the bike looks like he's having a hear attack and the kids just keep riding...

It is horribly painful and it feels like a blow torch is up on your azzhole. Sometimes they bleed too. Ewwwwww, I don't want to think about it.
