The answer would be the same, why would I vote for someone I didn't think I could help win? Elections, even nominations, are a ways off still. I'm sure this is true for any supporter of any candidate at this point.

A democrat, this past 8 years have been unimpressive and the backlash votes will continue. But I don't know how ready America is to try a new race (Obama) or gender (Hillary) for president.
