Hillary won NY against Giuliani for the Senate & got voted in for the 2nd time, so it stands to reason that she will again.

Probably Hillary, since NY is a blue state. I don't recall NY ever being in the Republican column.

I think ultimately a Bloomberg does not materially impact the race. Not many outside of New York even know who Bloomberg is. But the effect will likely go against Hillary since her negatives are so high. For every person that likes her, there is at least one person that does not. Bloomberg, a lifelong Democrat, who only became a Republican to get the nomination, will provide a choice for disenfranchised Democrats to vote for Bloomberg over Hillary, but the margin will be too small to have much effect.

A Bloomberg run would hurt Hillary more than it would Giuliani if the race were close.

Giuliani and Clinton have never competed in an election. They were going to, but Giuliani had prostate cancer and bowed out very early in the race. Otherwise, he may have won.

sadly the democrats will win New York even if Rudy is the GOP nominee, even if Hillary isn't. I think Bloomberg will hurt the dems in the end if he runs but won't have much of an impact. But Rudy could win states that Republicans rarely win like new Jersey and Pennsylvania.

I think if it really came down to Hillary or Rudy and New York was the deciding vote, Rudy would win hands down. She's not a real New Yorker and Rudy's role in 9/11 would get him the win.

it rather is a hard call, somewhat for long island. IMHO, CA could pass Dem extraordinarily lots whoever ran -- benefit Hillary. long island could be an extremely hard call as the two Hillary and Rudy are properly respected interior the state. earlier than Rudy's withdrawl from the Senate race, Hillary became somewhat forward interior the polls yet as all of us be attentive to, polls do no longer consistently are looking forward to the perfect consequence. i'm lots extra fascinated in seeing if Hillary even makes it in the process the primaries now that Barak Obama in considered as one among those transforming into celebrity interior the Democratic occasion. until he does something quite stupid (he's youthful) it is going to likely be hard for the Clinton campaign device to depose him with out coming for the time of as racist.

New York doesn't even like Guiliani anymore. There is no way that Hillary won't win NY in a land slide. GO CLINTONS

Well, Upstate and Downstate NY are two very different states. However, had Guliani not had prostate cancer for the Senate race against Clinton it was projected to be bitter with Clinton eventually winning and I think it to be the same here.

Hillary beat Rudy quite easily when they both ran for Senate. I see no reason why that changes. If anything, her margin increases because she is more likely seen as a New Yorker now than back then.

Most polls show Bloomberg taking more votes from Guiliani than from Hillary.
