I HATE it! I dont take meds of any sort, I just live like a regular 15 yr old girl, My family eats all the time, but I'm just never hungry! I swear, I can go like a week without eating and I still wouldnt be hungry!
Whats wrong with me????????????????????

I totally understand... As you know, hunger is impelled by how much your body needs. If you don't feel hungry, don't worry since that only means that your body doesn't need as many nutrients, and its much stronger

It depends on what your diet looks like and on your metabolism, age, activily level, etc. etc. Try doing some cardio frst thing in the morning. Work hard enough to break a sweat. If you don't feel hundry afterwards, try eating a few ounces of lean skinless chicken breasts with water. The cardio should help boost your metabolism, thus making your body want more food. Protein eaten by itself digests very quickly and often makes the person hungry within a short period of time. Fatty foods also tend to digest very slowly. And if you eat large meals this could also be the cause. Other then that... Your metabolism has probably adjusted to your routine of eating at certain times of the day. If this doesn't work then something else is wrong and you would be better off asking a professional like a nutritionist or a doctor.

I don't think anyone can go a week w/o eating & not be hungry, I think either you're mind is telling you you're not hungry...not saying anorexia..or anything...like me I'm not hungry in the morning times but I'm super hungry in the evening times...but I would still eat although I'm not hungry It's only the right/humane thing to do for yourself/your body...If you're serious about about It though I would go to the doctor & ask a professional...only my OPINION.

me too! Even though you arent hungry you still need to eat to be healthy though. I think its something teenagers go through because im 15 and i have been doing the same things. Also, i can eat sooooo much and never be full.

Actually I heard that certain types of depression can actually
cause appetite loss. One thing that I know that increases
one appetite is like peanuts, cashews, peacan, etc. Any
kind of edible nut will increase one's appetite. One time
I had a appetite loss myself months ago. Small tiny parasites
getting into someone's stomach through the skin or fingernails could cause an appetitie loss. Not sure if that could be your problem or not. You might try fasting to help
cleanse the body of parasites. That means not eating for
a long period of time like a day or two.

You just may have a "hidden" Disease Eating at You. I think I would go to a Doctor ASAP. Be sure and mention You Have Lost Your Appetite! NOT NORMAL.

the more you eat the more your stomach will need food to fill you up in order for you to have energy. I posted all the stuff you need to gain some weight in ur other post.

it happens to me. just make sure you eat healthy and still eat even tho u arent hungry

Annorexic? Jk. Your still young,sometimes that is the way your body works. But if you are losing weight,get yourself checked out.

i think you should see your doctor and maybe they can help you, maybe you may have an eating disorder which you may not know about..
