Well, not quite a "twinkle in my daddies nuts" (LMAO at that one!) then, but I was only 2, so I'm guessing I was at home terrorizing my big sis.

I surely do. i replaced into staying with my grandparents and undergo in strategies a "newsflash" interrupting the programmes on BBC television. i replaced into 12 years previous. once I heard the Michael Jackson tale breaking final evening it jogged my memory of the loss of existence of Elvis, Princess Diana and John Lennon. could think of the JFK assassination the comparable. notice they have been all rather youthful why loss of existence (Jackson 50, Diana 36, Lennon 40, Elvis 40 two). All icons. On a lighter notice has every person seen the Frank Skinner caricature the place he and his friends sit down around in the pub on new years day and all placed £10 right into a kitty to appoint the 1st nicely-enjoyed person/celeb to die in the hot 365 days. He continuously went for the queen mom. unwell yet very humorous.

Yes I remember. I was on my way to visit a friend, and a few cars that drove past had their radios blaring Elvis music. I thought that was rather weird, but didn't place much signifigance in it. When I got to my friend's place she told me he had died.

I was at my grandma's house watching TV when the news came on. We were there celebrating my dad's birthday. I was still a toddler, but I can remember seeing them showing a bunch of girls crying and showing footage of him in concert.
